2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
The project has not started.
The assigned professional has not delivered any work.
The refund request is made within 14 days after contracting the service.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to support.dumistudio@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request”.
Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for the request.
Likewise, through the site's chat you can process your request.
4. Evaluation of the Application
Once your request is received, we will evaluate your case and notify you of the decision within 7 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Exceptions
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
The project has started and work has been delivered.
The refund request is made after 14 days after contracting.
The client has provided incorrect or incomplete information that has affected the development of the project.
6. Processing Times
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
