1. Object

These conditions regulate the contracting of website creation services offered by DUMI - STUDIO through its website WWW.DUMISTUDIO.COM

2. Hiring Process

To contract our services, the user must follow the following steps:

Selection of the desired service.

Complete the application form with the required information.

Accept these contract conditions.

Make the corresponding payment according to the available modalities.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices for services are indicated on the website and may be subject to change. Payment will be made through the methods available on the website. The right is reserved to cancel any request if payment is not received.

4. Service Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, DUMI - STUDIO undertakes to start the development of the website according to the terms agreed with the client. Delivery times will be specified at the time of contracting and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

The client may request modifications to the project during its development. Any change that implies an increase in cost or delivery time will be communicated to the client for approval. In case of cancellation of the service by the client, the following conditions will apply:

If the cancellation is made before starting the development, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If cancellation is made after development has started, no refund will be made.

6. Warranty and Support

DUMI - STUDIO guarantees that the developed websites will be error-free and will function correctly for a period of 30 days from delivery. During this period, any technical problems will be resolved at no additional cost. After this period, technical support will be offered under specific conditions and rates.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the developed websites belong to DUMI - STUDIO until full payment for the service is made. Once full payment is received, the rights will be transferred to the client.

8. Data Protection

In compliance with current regulations on data protection, DUMI - STUDIO undertakes to treat the client's personal data confidentially and to use it exclusively for the management of the contracting and provision of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

DUMI - STUDIO will not be responsible for any damages that may arise from improper use of the contracted services. The liability of DUMI - STUDIO will be limited, in any case, to the amount paid by the client.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with international law. For any controversy that may arise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
